Commercial PACE in San Mateo and Alameda counties
A program to help commercial property owners finance energy efficiency upgrades that was abruptly scrapped in 2010 has been resurrected in the Bay Area. Oakland-based Renewable Funding is managing the CaliforniaFirst program, an innovative energy efficiency program for commercial buildings that just launched in 14 counties and 126 cities in the state, including more than 30 cities in San Mateo and Alameda counties.
